Ubuntu Karmic Text Template

The Ubuntu Karmic Text templates have been updated.

There has been an intermittent bug with the Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic) text only templates. Occasionally they would error and the initial ramdisk would fail. The errors have been fixed and the template has been updated. The text only templates (for both 32 and 64 bit) now work.
